Costa Rica is located south of 9 degrees N longitude. This offers a tropical climate and NO HURRICANES. Quepos is located on the central Pacific coast and it can get a bit warm and humid. Londres is higher than the highest point in Florida, all of 300 feet. Since Londres is not on the coast, and slightly higher than Quepos, it is cooler and greener. Finca Amanecer has SHADE, thus it is cooler than any other property in Londres and the area.
